The Chairman KPT Muhammad Aslam Hayat welcomed the launch of new speed boats for the entertainment of citizens of Karachi. He was unveiling the plaque to inaugurate the Eco Tours, a speed boat cruise. While speaking on the occasion Aslam Hayat highlighted that Port Grand will next launch diner cruise for the masses.
He welcomed the initiatives taken by Port Grand and assured support in coming new ventures as well. The ceremony was well attended by the top management officials of KP1 and Port Grand besides other dignitaries.
While speaking on the occasion Shahid Feroz informed the Chairman KPT Muhammad Aslam Hayat that these Eco Tours will be conducted on speed boats which are from the top of the line Bayliner series, and are being imported from the US.
The boats are part of the port grand cruises and under this umbrella various other brands of cruises will be launched one by one. It will go a long way to sensitise the people to the existence of the vast mangrove plantations in and around the Karachi bay. He further said that the trip charges on these speed boats have been very reasonably priced to make them affordable for people from all segments of the society.
Later, the Chairman KPI Muhammad Aslam Hayat took boat ride along with Port Grand President Shahid Feroz which concluded the proceedings.-PR
