PPP minister Mir Hazar Khan Bajarani, wife found dead in Karachi

Sindh Minister for Planning and Development Mir Hazar Khan Bajarani and his wife Fariha Razak were found dead on Thursday afternoon at their residence in Defence Housing Authority of Karachi.

According to local media reports, the family of the deceased has confirmed the death of the minister and his wife. However, the police have yet to confirm the identity the two bodies.

The bodies have been shifted to a local hospital. The cause of death is yet to be ascertained, while investigation is under way. The family has claimed that the bodies have bullet wounds.

Bajarani was a senior politician of Pakistan Peoples Party and served many times as the federal and provincial minister during the tenures of his party.

Family members,Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, senior government officials and party leaders reached the house soon after Bajarani and his wife were found dead.
