Provincial Secretary Livestock and Dairy Development (L&DD) has said that officers will get departmental up gradations who got certificates in a workshop on "Capacity building of Livestock dairy development department officers for the establishment of advisory services".
He was addressing the workshop on Saturday organised by University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) in collaboration with Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Department (L&DDD). Yaqoob said that livestock department would provide a unique opportunity for the officers to uplift their administrative financial project management and communication skills in a befitting manner.
He also said that the next training would be consisting on various aspects comprising team building, negotiation skills and partnership and collaboration. He appreciated the university's role to conduct such event in this regard. Speaking on the occasion UVAS Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr Talat Naseer Pasha has said that professional competency applies lifelong development interrelated with personal development as well as career.
Talat also said that sharing of experience and exchange of knowledge are the parts of process of learning. He termed as the training would be fruitful to enhance the human resource capacity building and implement the knowledge in their professional life. Professor Dr Pasha paid thanks to the department which gives the training assignment to the university.
