ICAP seminar

Southern Regional Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) has organised seminar on 'Leadership - An Insight' at ICAP House. Aamir Masood Khan, Country Head HR and Operations at Nexus Technology, UAE and Pakistan was speaker at the seminar. He said 'Leadership' - a term used by almost everyone in today's organisations, the participants was try to explore the meaning of 'Leadership' in this exciting and thought-provoking seminar.
The seminar was sought to go much deeper into the philosophy of leadership, instead of the conventional interpretations that are slight modifications to the organisational 'management' concepts.-PR
