The University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) inked two Memorandum of understandings with the National Institute of Banking and Finance, Islamabad (NIBAF) and Green Circle Organisation (GCO), respectively to collaborate in the areas of research, training and biogas. The MoU with the NIBAF was duly inked by UAF Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan and NIBAF Managing Director Amer Aziz.
The NIBAF is wholly owned subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, an institute of learning and study of banking and allied subjects is involved in capacity building and human development in the area of banking and allied subjects. Second, MoU was inked between Department of Livestock Management, UAF, and GCO to collaborate in biogas plant and creation of integrated Model Biogas Plant and Organic Farming.
