Nominal changes seen in thin trade on grain market

A few changes were seen on the wholesale grain market on Wednesday as most of the items retained the overnight levels in process of trading, dealers said. On the grams sector wheat old Bardan was registered at Rs 2685 and the new type was quoted at Rs 2700 in process of trading, they said.
Only one change was witnessed on the rice sector where Irri-6 Sindh low type was lower by Rs 60 to Rs 3080 and better type was also down by Rs 60 to Rs 3150, they said. On the seed side cottonseed oilcake with bag Sindh low type shed Rs 25 to Rs 850 while the best type did not show any change at Rs 900 in process of trading, they said. Prices on grams side maintained overnight levels, they said.
