Auction of four commercial as well as 32 residential plots of Sabzazar Housing Scheme will be held on December 15, where as 26 commercial plots, situated in various housing schemes of Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will be auctioned on December 19 by the LDA.
According to LDA's spokesperson here on Saturday, public utility sites reserved for setting up schools, dispensaries as well as community centres in the approved private housing schemes will also be auctioned at this occasion. The commercial plots, which are to be auctioned, are situated in Johar Town, Model Town extension, Allama Iqbal Town, Tajpura, Mustafa Town, Gujjar Pura and Quaid-e-Azam Town.
Detailed information about the location, area and terms and conditions of auctions of plots can be obtained from Deputy Director, Sales and Allotment, Lahore Development Authority from his office in Johar Town, during office hours. The auction will be held in the LDA Community Centre, 239-A, New Muslim Town, Lahore, and the proceedings will start at 10 am on both the dates. All prospective the bidders will have to deposit the earnest money for participating in the auction of every plot.
