President Asif Ali Zardari has approved a special grant of Rs 200 millions for development projects of Sehwan Town and the shrine of great saint Hazrat Usman Marvandi Lal Shahbaz Qalandar. While addressing an open 'kutchery', in Jamshoro on Saturday, Member National Assembly, Nawab Abdul Ghani Talpur informed that the president is taking keen interest for the development of Sehwan town particularly the shrine of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar.
The president fully desired to see Sehwan one of the developed towns as Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto had deep respect for the great saint Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar The MNA said that during the meeting with the president, he informed him about the problems being faced by the residents of Sehwan town. The president kindly approved a special grant of Rs 200 million for drainage and sewerage systems of the town, and repair, renovation and security of the shrine of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar.
