LAHORE: Culprits involved in the rape and murder of Zainab would soon be apprehended, said Punjab Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Rana Sanaullah on Wednesday.

He appealed to the people to remain peaceful, adding that the provincial government had taken serious notice of the incident.

Speaking to APP on phone, he said that all efforts were being made to arrest the culprits. He advised the people to keep their emotions in control and not to aggravate the situation.

He further asked the media not to create hype regarding the incident.
