Mental Health Day is universally commemorated on 10th October (today). Experts have emphasised on creating awareness on this particular day terming Mental Health is as important as the physical health.

President, Mental Health Federation of Pakistan said that World Health Organisation (WHO) statistics have revealed an alarming increase in mental illness and treatment facilities are very limited, poverty and unemployment in the country has made health care out of reach of a common man. Mental Health Federation of Pakistan will organised a free mental health camp for the treatment of poor patients on Tuesday, 11th October from 9.00 to 1.00 at 6-b-1, Block -H Gulberg-II near Sherpao Bridge, Lahore.
