ISE index sheds 6.68 points

Bears dominated the proceedings at Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Wednesday where equities showed negative signs amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index was down by 6.68 points from 2,607.65 points to 2600.97 points. Turnover amounted to 360,170 shares as compared to previous turnover of 334,804 shares.
Total 119 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (62) closed in negative territory and 57 landed in plus column. The volume of PTCL was 90,000 shares. The volume of Nishat Mills was 83,850 shares. The turnover of DG Khan Cement was 60,000 shares.
