Important cases: Supreme Court to resume hearing from Monday

Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will resume hearing of various important cases at the principal seat of Supreme Court here from Monday.
During the week commencing from Monday (August 22) a bench comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and Justice Ghulam Rabbani will resume hearing of different cases by exercising its original as well as appellant jurisdiction, however, the matters pertaining to specific performance, services, income tax, contempt of court, bail, human rights cases and suo motu cases including corruption in Hajj arrangements 2010 would also be heard during the week.
