The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir People's Freedom League Muhammad Farooq Rehmani expressed disappointment over the response of the Indian regime in the aftermath of a fresh wave of police terror and gang rape in the shape of brute police force against the protesters who demand probe and retribution for the uniformed rapists in the occupied region.
In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said the old repressive and revengeful policies of the establishment could lead to widespread abuses, arrests, killings and forcible disappearances in Jammu and Kashmir.
Farooq Rehmani asked the regime of Kashmir to resign for its failure to stop molestation of girls, nab perpetrators of the Manzgam Kulgam crime and appealed to the UN to take cognisance of the sordid human rights' conditions of Kashmir.
