POAMCL meeting held

Board of Directors of Pak Oman Asset Management Company Limited (POAMCL), in its meeting held on July 5, 2011, has approved the following dividend on POAMCL Funds:
1. Pak Oman Advantage Islamic Income Fund - (POAIIF): Rs 1.9777/- per unit of par value Rs 50/-
2. Pak Oman Advantage Asset Allocation Fund - (POAAAF) (formerly Pak Oman Advantage Stock Fund): Rs 7.31/- per unit of par value Rs 50/-
3. Pak Oman Islamic Asset Allocation Fund - (POIAAF) (formerly Pak Oman Advantage Islamic Fund): Rs 11.12/- per unit of par value Rs 50/-
The above entitlement will be paid to the unit holders whose name appeared in the register of unit holders as on June 30, 2011.-PR
