The Board of Directors of HBL Asset Management Limited in its meeting held recently declared final dividend for its six funds under management.
HBL Stock Fund:
The Fund has declared final dividend/bonus at Rs 10.15 per Unit for year ended June 30, 2011. The Fund's return for the year is 28.17 percent.
HBL Multi Asset Fund:
The Fund has declared final dividend/bonus at Rs 15.25 per Unit for year ended June 30, 2011. The Fund's return for the year is 23.55 percent.
HBL Income Fund:
The Fund has declared final dividend/bonus at Rs 3.25 per Unit. Prior to this announcement the Fund has declared three interim dividends aggregating Rs 8.25 per Unit. The total dividend for the year ended June 30, 2011 was Rs 11.50 per Unit. The Fund's return for the year is 12.91 percent.
HBL Money Market Fund:
The Fund has declared final dividend/bonus at Rs 3.05 per Unit. Prior to this announcement the Fund has declared three interim dividends aggregating Rs 8.05 per Unit. The total dividend for the year ended June 30, 2011 was Rs 11.10 per Unit. The Fund's annualised return for the year is 11.54 percent.
HBL Islamic Stock Fund:
The HBL Islamic Stock Fund was launched in May 2011. The Fund has declared total dividend/bonus at Rs 1.55 per Unit for the period ended June 30, 2011.
HBL Islamic Money Market Fund:
The Fund was launched in May 2011. The Fund has declared final dividend/bonus at Rs 1.46 per Unit for the period ended June 30, 2011, giving an annualized return of 10.46 percent.
According to a press release, Unit holders whose names are appearing in the Unit holders' register on June 29, 2011 will be entitled to Cash Dividend / Bonus Units. The bonus Units will be issued based on the Ex-Dividend Net Asset Value (NAV) of respective Fund(s) as on June 30, 2011. Sales/ redemption / transfer/ conversion and pledge of Units of HBL Fund(s) will resume from July 8, 2011.
During the year under review three new funds were floated and in spite of difficult year for the mutual fund industry, the assets under management increased from Rs 3.55 billion as on June 30, 2010 to Rs 8.61 billion as on June 30, 2011 showing a growth of 143 percent. -PR
