Speedy justice

Through this newspaper, I wish to draw the kind attention of the Chief Justice of Pakistan towards Sindh High Court appeal 77 of 2000, whose subject matter dates back to 1982. The Quran and Sunnah advocate fair and speedy justice. The Honourable Supreme Court had ordered for an outcome in the matter by 30th October 2009.
National Judicial Commission wants all cases, which are five years or older, to be decided urgently. Twenty-nine years have passed, yet the matter lingers. For or against us, we just beg the Honourable Chief Justice for an early judgement.
