Two killed, four including woman injured in armed attack

KARACHI: Two persons were killed and four others including a woman injured in an armed attack in Lyari area of the city on Tuesday. According to rescue sources, unknown armed men opened firing in Ali Hotel at Lyari’s Baghdadi area.

As a result, a 35-year-old man, Raees, son of Razaq and an unknown man aged 30 died on the spot.

However, Zahid, 25, son of Shaukat, Saleha, 50, daughter of Ali Muhammad, Rohan, 20, son of Aijaz and Khair Muhammad, 55 were critically injured.

The bodies and injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi.
