Government College University Lahore Career Guidance and Placement Centre (GCU CGPC) is going to hold one of its biggest career fairs for the university students and Old Ravians on Tuesday (today) at the varsity's campus. The career fair would allow GCU final year students and graduates explore career opportunities at reputed organisations besides giving them opportunities to avail foreign scholarships.
As many as 30 well-reputed banks, NGOs and multinational companies are coming to GCU in search of talented and committed students. Expressing his views, GCU Placement Officer Waqar Rhanja said that the best part of the career fair is that the companies would hold written tests and on-campus interviews and shortlist candidates on spot. US Consulate Lahore, British Council and the United States Education Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) would also set up their stalls.
