Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Chief, Nawaz Sharif is better now and coming back to Pakistan in the first week of April, said PML-N Chief Organiser Sindh, Salim Zia, here on Thursday. Talking to Business Recorder, Zia, who is former Sindh Law Minister, said that the PML-N chief would restart his political activities upon his return.
When asked about the target killings in Karachi, the PML-N leader held PPP, MQM and ANP responsible for these killings. He was of the view that a strong will on the part of the government was required to eliminate the incidents of target killings. About the strength of PML-N in Sindh, he claimed that his party enjoyed massive public support in Sindh. "We have also requested the PML-N chief to contest next elections from Karachi, as it would help understand real situation." Criticising the PPP, he alleged that the inapt government had been fully exposed before the masses and popularity graph of the PPP had gone down significantly in Sindh. He expressed grave concern over rampant corruption and aggravating law and order situation.
Moreover, Chief Organiser of Pakistan Muslim League-N Youth Wing, Muhammad Safdar, while addressing a meeting of Central Core Committee of PML-N Youth Wing said that the main objective of their politics was to serve the masses. He said that they would make Pakistan developed and prosperous in accordance with the vision of Quaid-e-Azam and Allama Iqbal. Youth is precious asset of Pakistan and through youth, the PML-N will complete revolutionary agenda of PML-N, Chief Nawaz Sharif and make Pakistan a dignified country in the comity of nations." Safdar said, "We will make PML-N Youth Wing a strong and consolidated organisation of the country."
