Japanese Ambassador calls on President Zardari

Chihiro Atsumi, Japanese Ambassador, called on President Asif Ali Zardari at Aiwan-e-Sadr on Thursday. Current situation in Japan in the aftermath of destructive earthquake and tsunami and the bilateral relations of the two countries were discussed during the meeting.
The President expressed sympathies with the Japanese people especially with those who had to face irreparable loss of their near and dear ones and for those who were adversely affected by the disaster. He reiterated the offer of Pakistan Government to provide all possible assistance to Japan in this testing hour.-PR
