Kaira condemns targeted killings in Karachi: 'a pre- planned plot against democratic government'

Punjab Finance Minister Tanvir Ashraf Kaira has on Saturday condemned the incidents of killings in Karachi and termed it as a pre-planned plot against the democratic government. He said Karachi is a very sensitive city and a hub of economic activities, and the enemies of Pakistan are trying to destabilise the country by creating utter chaos and harassing the people.
He maintained that with the joint efforts and support of allied parties and the people, the ulterior motives and nefarious designs of the enemies of the country would be foiled. "In present circumstances our country cannot afford such a situation and the government would tighten the ambit of criminals with full swing to save the country's economy," he added.
