Family of the deceased Allah Baksh has claimed that the SHO Gulbahar along with his police team killed their son in fake encounter and demanded Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motu notice of the incident. They held a protest demonstration outside Karachi Press Club here on Thursday.
According to the family of Allah Baksh, the deceased was the resident of Sauleh Mohammad Goth, Old Golimar. He was the owner of a donkey cart. On January 09, 2011 Allah Baksh was on his way to earn living in the jurisdiction of Gulbahar Police Station. A police party led by SHO Gulbahar stopped him and killed my son in fake encounter, father said.
Father of the deceased said that police portrayed the killing as fake encounter and presented Allah Baksha as Taliban and the companion of Anwar Kojak. All the claims of police were baseless as Allah Baksh was innocent and he had no relation with Taliban, he added. They also demanded Human Rights organisations to take notice and help the family.
