A young man has died of swine flu, official sources said here on Saturday. Twenty-eight-year-old Iftikharullah Khan was under treatment at the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital here, they said and added the patient tested positive for H1N1 Swine Flu virus infection.
The sample had been sent to the National Institute of Health (NIH) Islamabad for confirmation. The patient, a resident of Nazimabad here, had expired at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital on December 31, it was further stated.
