During recent cultural celebrations in Sukkur, the snake charmers, dressed in Sindhi traditional Ajraks as well as live snakes, participated and danced to the popular tune of Sindhi folk songs. About dozens of snake charmers participated under umbrella of "Jogi Jago Ittehad (JJI)."
One snake charmer told newsmen: "If all people could live in harmony like snakes live, all of our problems would end." As per reports, they marched from a city park and finally gathered at Sukkur Press Club where big crowd was attracted by bystanders. Participants and snakes charmingly danced at the beats of drums and flutes. A human being had historically learnt many things from animals, birds, insects etc. For example, use of syringe to human beings, he learnt from mosquito bite. If the human beings, facing unlimited problems and complications today, learn to live in peace from snakes, there is no harm in it.
