Setting up of another medical college: chief minister Punjab seeks report
Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has sought report from Secretary Health Punjab for the establishment of an other Medical College at Faisalabad. This was revealed by District Co-ordinator for Health Sh Ejaz Ahmad here on Wednesday while talking to the newsmen here.
He informed that the PMLN leader Muhammad Nawaz Sharif had been presented a file pertaining to the written request and details of relevant information and record by him and was briefed regarding the dire need of medical college on the occasion of PMLN's leader visit at Faisalabad.
He informed that EX MNAs Chaudhry Sher Ali, Mian Abdul Manan, MNAs Chaudhry Abid Sher Ali, Haji Akrim Ansari, MPAs Mrs Anjum Safdar, Juel Amir Sahutra, ticket holder Talal Badar and other party leaders were also present on the occasion. He said that CM Punjab on this request, had written a letter No 81573/PS/SEM (CMS) D, 10ot-46(G) dated 15-12-2010 for report. He said that the Punjab government had been informed that sufficient infrastructure and required faculty is available for the establishment of Medical College.
