Man deprived of Rs 1.4 million

At least Rs 1.4 million were looted from a person, Wakeel Ahmed, when he was depositing the amount in a bank situated in Shah Faisal Colony here on Tuesday. Official at Shah Faisal police station told Business Recorder that the two unidentified armed man entered into the bank in Shah Faisal No 04 on Tuesday morning and looted Rs 1.4 million from Wakeel.
Wakeel Ahmed is a recovery officer of Noor Poultry Services and visited the bank to deposit the cash, he added. Police registered an FIR, 692/2010, against unidentified robbers.
