BRIndex30 loses 3.15 points

On Wednesday, the BRIndex30 opened at 8,807.30 points and remained in negative for almost whole of the trading time, with the exception of a few minutes. It touched the intra-day high of 8,817.42 points and low of 8,769.95 points, and closed at 8,804.15 points with a net negative change of -3.15 points, or -0.04 percent.

The KSE All Share volume was 93,442,401 shares, and KSE-100 volume was 68,508,622 shares. BR Commercial Banks Index closed at 2,554.55 with a net negative change of -10.27 points or percentage change of -0.4 and turnover of 12,193,197 shares.
BR Oil and Gas Index closed at 2,681.49 with a net positive change of 6.19 points or percentage change of 0.23 and turnover of 10,635,876 shares. BR Cement Index closed at 726.28 with a net positive change of 2.7 points or percentage change of 0.37 and turnover of 8,653,655 shares. BR Tech & Comm Index closed at 597.50 with a net negative change of -1.88 points or percentage change of -0.31 and turnover of 4,133,377 shares. BR Power Generation and Distribution Index closed at 1,645.56 with a net negative change of -5.91 points or percentage change of -0.36 and turnover of 1,895,899 shares.
