LONDON: Libya's goal of boosting oil production to 1.25 million barrels a day by year-end will be very difficult to achieve, the chairman of state oil firm NOC said on Wednesday.
Mustafa Sanalla also told reporters that 12 out of 19 oil storages at the Es Sider terminal and half of 13 tanks at the Ras Lanuf port were still out of operation.
