KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was unchanged against the dollar on Tuesday with some inflows from exporters of commodities like coffee and subdued demand from commercial banks seen giving it support.
At 1137 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,580/3,590, the same level as Monday's close.
