The Judge of Peshawar High Court Justice Muhammad Raza Khan has been transferred and posted as Secretary Law, Justice and Human Rights Division, with immediate effect, said a notification here on Friday.
Meanwhile, Sohail Rehan, a BS-20 officer of Economic Group, presently Chief Economic Affairs Division, is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary in that Division, under Section 10 of Civil Servants Act, 1973, with immediate effect.
Azhar Ali Dahar, a BS-18 officer of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, presently posted as Deputy Director Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, Karachi is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Government of Sindh, for a period of three years, on deputation basis, on standard terms and conditions, with immediate effect.
Muhammad Rizwan Sharif, a BS-18 officer of Ministry of Water and Power is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of government of the Punjab, on deputation basis, on standard terms and conditions, with immediate effect and until further orders.
