CDGK budget session delayed till June 30

The City District Government Karachi (CDGK) has postponed the budget session, scheduled for Wednesday (June 27), till June 30. City Naib Nazim Nasreen Jalil told Business Recorder on Tuesday.
The decision was taken in view of the uncertain weather conditions, including current monsoon rains and busy schedule of 178 union council Nazims, who were engaged in relief work in their respective areas. She said City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal would present the 2007-08 budget for approval of the council members on June 30 at 3.00 pm.
