KARACHI: On Monday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49738.84 with a positive change of 115.03 and volume of 29,118,250 shares.

High and Low were 49841.10 and 49623.81 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 173,509,550shares with 325 total traded companies out of which 148 were up, 166 were down and 11 were unchanged.

COMMERCIAL BANKS was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 56,323,300 shares. It was followed by CHEMICAL with a total traded volume of 25,420,800 shares.

The three top traded companies were Silk Bank Ltd. with a volume of 49,195,500 and price per share of 1.94 (0.06), WorldCall Telecom with a volume 17,204,000 of price per share of 2.76 (0.28), Lotte Chemical with a volume 15,263,000 of price per share of 12.30 (0.04).

The top three advancers were Rafhan Maize with price per share 7705.00 (105.00), Unilever Foods with price per share of 5800.00 (99.00) and Colgate Palmolive share of 2100.00 (75.42).

The top three decliners were Wyeth Pak Ltd with price per share of 3095.13 (162.90), Mari PetroleumXD with price per share of 1408.00 (15.40) and Gillette Pak. per share of 365.00 (15.00).
