RECORDER REPORT-PSX mid day update

KARACHI: On Friday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49874.81 with a positive change of 286.51 and volume of 81,515,380 shares.

High and Low were 49893.38 and 49506.44 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 201,569,720 shares with 365 total traded companies out of which 232 were up, 121 were down and 12 were unchanged.

CEMENT was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 31,238,400 shares. It was followed by ENGINEERING with a total traded volume of 26,420,200 shares.

The three top traded companies were K-Electric Ltd. with a volume of 16,945,500 and price per share of 9.97 (0.07), Power Cement Ltd. with a volume 13,739,500 of price per share of 22.83 (1.08), BDost Steels Ltd. with a volume 13,264,500 of price per share of 16.05 (0.11).

The top three advancers were Rafhan Maize with price per share 7959.00 (379.00), Millat Tractors with price per share of 1105.41 (52.63) and Attock PetroleumXD share of 650.00 (18.68).

The top three decliners were Wyeth Pak Ltd with price per share of 4300.00 (126.00), Exide (PAK) with price per share of 916.24 (13.76) and Pak Suzuki per share of 695.05 (11.64).
