KARACHI: On Thursday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49947.59 with a positive change of 72.63 and volume of 121,428,280 shares.

High and Low were 49957.95 and 49784.33 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 275,785,710 shares with 362 total traded companies out of which 200 were up, 148 were down and 14 were unchanged.

ENGINEERING was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 58,993,700 shares. It was followed by TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATION with a total traded volume of 38,864,000 shares.

The three top traded companies were K-Electric Ltd. with a volume of 26,998,500 and price per share of 10.31 (0.10), Aisha Steel Mill with a volume 26,171,000 of price per share of 27.66 (1.05), Dost Steels Ltd. with a volume 25,195,000 of price per share of 16.38 (0.75).

The top three advancers were Colgate Palmolive with price per share 1995.00 (95.00), Khyber Tobacco with price per share of 997.50 (47.50) and Sapphire Fiber share of 1049.99 (39.99).

The top three decliners were Sanofi-Aventis with price per share of 2760.05 (140.69), Atlas Honda Ltd with price per share of 582.00 (10.89) and Archroma Pak per share of 702.00 (9.32).
