LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif delivered a very thrilling speech and during his speech the audience raised slogans: "Long Live PM Nawaz Sharif", "Long Live CM Shehbaz Sharif", "Daikho Daikho Kon Aya-Shair Aya Shair Aya", "Shair Eikwariy Fair".
According to a handout issued here Tuesday, the Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the allegations were being churned out in the factories of opposition.
He criticized those who had got written off loans worth billions of rupees, purchased shares on the name of employees and tried to obstruct development in Pakistan through sit-ins and lockdowns and those involved in embezzlement of billions of rupees in the past, and said plunderers of national wealth would be brought to the justice so that country could make progress.
Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif said, "Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is my elder brother and we always respect each other and we have learnt to respect elders from our forefathers. Me and PM Nawaz Sharif know each other very well and there is a transparency in all projects being carried out by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif."
He said, "I say on the oath that PM Nawaz Sharif is not involved in the corruption of even a single penny."
