RECORDER REPORT-PSX mid day update

KARACHI: On Tuesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49913.19 with a positive change of 37.01 and volume of 112,214,680 shares.

High and Low were 50050.19 and 49621.84 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 264,770,460 shares with 370 total traded companies out of which 160 were up, 196 were down and 14 were unchanged.

ENGINEERING was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 49,466,400 shares. It was followed by POWER GENERATION & DISTRIBUTION with a total traded volume of 47,921,900 shares.

The three top traded companies were Aisha Steel Mill with a volume of 34,227,000 and price per share of 22.46 (0.78), Dost Steels Ltd. with a volume 10,683,000 of price per share of 13.62 (0.19), IGI Inv.Bank with a volume 8,295,500of price per share of 3.59 (0.33).

The top three advancers were Colgate Palmolivewith price per share 1790.00 (85.00), Ferozsons (Lab) with price per share of 742.00 (23.51) and ICI Pakistan share of 1240.00 (21.73).

The top three decliners were Pak Tobacco with price per share of 1300.00 (50.00), Khyber Tobacco with price per share of 1062.00 (47.50) and Millat Tractors per share of 1119.00 (30.88).
