Hafeez comeback on the cards, says Inzamam

imagePakistan discarded all rounder Muhammad Hafeez could get the green signal into the national squad, after Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chief Selector Inzamam ul Haq on Saturday, said Hafeez could be brought back into the team if the need arise.

The former batsman of Pakistan was talking to media person in Karachi, We can bring Hafeez back into the team if we need him, said the chief selector.

Hafeez recently underwent a bowling test at the biomechanics lab at Brisbanes International Cricket Council (ICC)-accredited laboratory, Hafeez has stated that he is hopeful of positive results.

The team Pakistan at the moment are touring New Zealand, but have failed to adapt to the conditions as Pakistani batsman continue to struggle against the New Zealand bowlers thanks to the pace and swing friendly pitches.

Inzamam on the other hand was optimistic and backed the Pakistani team, he called to give some time to the players to adjust to the conditions against Kiwis.

We were hoping for a good performance from the team but they couldnt deliver. However, the New Zealand wickets are different and we should give some time to the team to adjust.

However, the first Test match seems way out of the reach of Pakisatn as they have only managed a lead of 62 runs against the hosts at the end of the third Day, and has already lost seven wickets in process.
