96pc of Baloch people to benefit from CPEC

ISLAMABAD: Spokesman for Balochistan government Anwar Kakar has said about 96 per cent people of Balochistan will benefit from CPEC project.

Talking to Voice of America, he said that India has imposed a covert war on Pakistan. India wants to exploit Pakistan's internal situation for its own benefit and therefore it supports militants targeting Pakistan, he added.

While responding to a question about the importance of Gwadar port and CPEC project, Anwar Kakar said these projects have great importance for the progress and development of the country.

These projects will change the fate of the whole region which is house to billions of people, he said.
