KARACHI: Gold further plunged by Rs 343 to close at Rs 46,628 per 10 grams in the local market on Thursday, as its international price dropped to $ 1,627 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Saraf Association official, tola (11.664 grams) price also plummeted by Rs 400 to Rs 54,400.
Silver closed lower at Rs 917.14 per 10 grams.
