sns-reaalAMSTERDAM: Dutch bank and insurance group SNS Reaal is expected to report a 92 percent jump in first-half net profit, thanks to reduced losses at its property finance unit, a poll commissioned by Reuters showed.

SNS Reaal returned to profitability year-on-year in the first quarter when the net loss at its property finance business narrowed sharply due to lower loan impairments. It also said it was making progress on its plans to free up capital.
