swiss-stockZURICH: Swiss stocks opened flat Friday but then turned lower as markets continued on edge and volatile on concerns over the economic outlook.

At 0704 GMT, the Swiss Market Index was down 0.19 percent to 5,023.11 points, dragged down by heavyweights Roche, Novartis and Nestle. On Thursday, the market jumped more than five percent in a relief rally.
