HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares rose 1.11 percent in the morning session Friday after rallies on Wall Street and in Europe.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index gained 216.88 points to 19,812.02 on turnover of HK$39.34 billion ($5.05 billion).
