obama2WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama on Wednesday urged Russia to work with other World Trade Organization members to conclude talks to join the group by the end of the year.

White House spokesman Jay Carney told a news briefing that Obama broached the issue in a telephone call from Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
