QESCO chief warns of accountability on bad performance
QUETTA: The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) chief executive officer Engineer Iftikhar Ahmed on Wednesday warned the officials and other staff of accountability and stern action if they showed bad performance in their duty.
According to a QESCO press release, addressing a meeting of field operation officers, he directed them to ensure recovery of outstanding dues against commercial and domestic consumers.
He said recovery of Rs12.51 billion domestic outstanding dues, Rs402 million commercial outstanding dues, Rs167 million industrial outstanding dues, Rs587 million outstanding dues against the federal government institutions and Rs4.66 billion outstanding dues against the provincial government's institutions would improve the performance of QESCO in providing electricity service facility to consumers.
