ISE-10 index witnessed bearish trend

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Thursday as the ISE-10 index was down by 78.44 points and closed at 4194.30 points.

A total of 23,500 shares were traded, which were down by 6,300 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 17,200 shares.

Out of 163 companies, share prices of 69 companies recorded increase while share prices of 94 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.

The share price of Siemens Engineering increased by Rs. 53.61 per share while the share prices of Atlas Battery decreased by Rs. 17.74 per share.

Bank of Punjab remained the top trading companies in Thursday's trading with 20,500 and 3,000 shares respectively.
