Senator meets FCO minister
LONDON: The visiting Chairman, Pakistan's Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, Senator Salim Saifullah Khan in his meeting with FCO Minister Alistair Burt on Thursday agreed for greater interaction between the two parliaments which they said will help synchronize policies of the two governments.
Issues of mutual interests including Indo-Pakistan relations, Afghanistan and Iran in the context of regional scenario were discussed in the meeting.
They also expressed satisfaction over growing interaction between Foreign Relations Committees of Pakistan and UK.
Senator Khan is currently in the UK as a part of Pakistani delegation on the invitation of Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
