gilaniISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani approved the constitution of one-member Commission consisting of Justice Muhammad Noor Miskhanzai, Judge of Balochistan High Court for conducting inquiry into the allotment of land at Gwadar.

The Prime Minister has appointed the Commission of Inquiry in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and Sub-section 1 of the Section 5 of the Pakistan Commission of Inquiry Act 1956
