SEOUL: South Korean bonds ended lower on Thursday, as the Bank of Korea's decision to keep its policy rate unchanged earlier in the day forced some investors to unwind speculative bets on a rate cut announcement.
Yield on the benchmark 10-year government bonds ended up 2.9 basis points, while lead March futures on three-year treasury bonds ended down 0.13 points.
