KARACHI: Mix sentiment prevailed at Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Thursday and its bench mark 100-index closed 12.77 points up to close at 21015.34.
KSE-30 index closed lower by 7.08 points to close at 16225.90 points while all shares index dropped by 16.91 points.
Out of total 338 active scrips, 181 moved up while 125 shed value and 22 remained unchanged.
Significant increase of Rs 12.82 was recorded in the stocks of Murree Brewery to close at Rs 269.34 while the stocks of Liberty Mills increased by Rs 11 to close at Rs 231.
Indus Dying and Dream World Ltd lost their per share value by Rs 29.79 to close at Rs 269.34 and Rs 11.50 to close at Rs 231 respectively.
Most active trading of 16564000 shares was recorded in Bank Alfalah.
Total market turnover remained at 27931220 as compared to previous 28461055 shares.
