KARACHI: Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that incidents of terrorism and target killing were a conspiracy against the provincial government and all such designs will be thwarted.
"Action will be taken against criminals without any discrimination and their political affiliations to any party," he said while addressing a press conference here on Thursday.
He said that seven alleged terrorists involved in recent killings have been nabbed by the police and a joint interrogation team will submit in this regard very soon after detailed investigation.
Memon hailed the performance of the Police and Rangers to check lawlessness and added that conspiracy was being hatched by some elements to destabilise the city.
Information Minister said that he would soon be holding detailed meeting with the members of the print and electronic media who could bridge the communication gap with the government and play their positive role.
